Elisabet Miheludaki
Founder & CEO of Amplaffy

Elisabet founded her first startup amplaffy.io in 2017 after realizing that the job market was not how she had expected it to be. Amplaffy democratizes job market data to enable study and career decisions that meet the market demand, and a faster, less frustrating job search process. This year she joined her second startup Lagoom to solve the next problem, to make the process of buying and selling second hand fashion easier. She also teaches a course on employability options in Finland through Työväenopisto.

Ida Husberg-Veikkolainen
Talent Acquisition Partner, ICEYE.

Ida is an experienced talent acquisition professional. She has experience from start-up recruitment in companies such as Hoxhunt and MaaS Global.

Ida will also be speaking in a different session about tools for crystallizing skills, competencies and learning plan for that next career step.

Andrew Kolokolnikov
Head of Talent at Kodit.io

Andrew has spent 7+ years building high-performing team cultures, scaling startups, and high-growth companies by scaling people operations throughout the 4 stages of company growth.

Saku Tihveräinen

Saku Tihveräinen has 10 years of experience in recruitment, out of which, the past 3,5 years was in IT, especially in SW development. Currently Saku helps startups and scaleups to land great leaders to make business growth possible.

Pouria Kay
CEO of GRIB

Pouria accidentally landed on the term “thinking diversity” when leading a design team in 2008. He had the privilege to study, research and learn to apply it. He is proud to have found a method which he calls the “Preferences Model” to recognize and utilize team dynamics.

Taylor Ryan is an American entrepreneur living in Copenhagen, Denmark. Kirsi Korhonen

Kirsi will introduce the guide on international recruitment, that IFA is writing for the Kokka kohti Suomea project. The guide will include recommendations on what to consider in the recruitment and hiring process, ranging from employer obligations to support for a diverse working community and individuals, as well as information on related public services.

Second day of the event will be spared solely for 1-1 interviews with talents.

After you have registered for the event and received instructions, remeber to register on the event platform.

Bloom Tampere
Jens Trier has a background in International Relations, he works for We Make Change and Aleksander Tuckett is currently in his 3rd and final year at TAMK, studying International Business.

They are both part of the Bloom Tampere team, an upcoming social community space in Tampere for both internationals and international-minded Finns.

In their workshop for Talents, Jens and Aleksander will be talking about how exposing yourself to intercultural environments can help your job prospects. By learning soft skills such as being open minded, your job prospects can reach levels you had never thought were possible before.

Tribe Tampere
Tribe Tampere is a place for anyone to build their expertise and business with the support of an entrepreneurial community and doers do mindset.

Çağatay is a Software Engineer specialized in Android and Flutter mobile application development with 7 years of working experience. He has worked at several small and large companies, and actively participated in product development processes.
